Which server(s) are you applying to? (Trade Server, Jailbreak, etc.) - Trade Server
How long have you been trading? (Only answer if applying for Trade servers) - I have been trading since about 2017-2018, only since about 2020 did I start getting bigger and better with trading.
How many hours do you have in the game(s) you're applying to (CSGO/TF2)? - Around 1330 hours and counting
Do you have previous moderator/admin experience? - I used to be the moderator/admin for an MvM group that died out a long while ago, I have management experience in real life too (2 years worth) if that helps.
Do you have a reputation thread? (Only answer if applying for Trade servers) - On steam user if those count? Most came from the Trade server. https://steamcommunity.com/id/unusualmantf2/
When you are encountered with a scammer and you don't have enough info, how will you best go about dealing with this? - I would first attempt to get ahold of whoever is accused and those accusing said person saying they are within the server or easily accessible (Either trying to talk with them in server or add them on steam, etc.) to hear both sides of the parties stories; Giving time to see what I can make out of the situation and see if I can resolve it, but if it got bad enough where nobody could get ahold of the accused because they left and refuse to join to chat either on server or steam. I would make sure to let the one scammed to try the best not to fall for something similar again and try to guide them to find out these scams early before damage is done. I think it would be in my power as an admin to help out before and after these events happen.
What do you think Admins/Mods can improve on in the group/servers? - I think the Administration can improve the groups and servers by being there for the community most, the community is what makes us and its our job to keep a balance where its not in complete chaos. For example I've seen plenty of people on the tf2 trade server be absolute trolls and honestly not the best people, then next second you see an admin or a mod take care of these trolls and mic spammers. It really improves on the overall experience within the server to build the community to its best points and that truly helps in the long run.
What will you do to maintain and grow the group/servers? - I feel I can maintain and grow the server by coming in and making a positive experience on anyone's time on the server whenever they need help or just someone to have a grand time with. Kind of quoting back to the last question, but in honesty I think the best way I can maintain and grow this server is by having the community be together and engaged while I can provide the best help to everyone as an admin; That way the server grows and maintains that status as sort of a safe haven for anyone who stumbles upon the server whoever it is.
What will you bring to benefit our group/servers? - I will bring and throw everything I have to make the server as best as possible, I can only think on how much commitment Ill put in to be part of a great server, I can bring the benefit of making sure everything stays in order by the server rules, and I can benefit by being online at most times if anyone needs me or a higher admin/mod.
Will you be able to coordinate with T-Virus and other admins to hold events on the server? - Definitely, I love being in the events and wouldn't wanna miss out coordinating them with the other admins.
What time are you usually on? -Typically 8pm-4am Est. But, have time free on other days to be on earlier if needed
Give us a little information about yourself (Minimal, Don't dox yourself) - Well I don't have much, but I find myself most days hanging out with my wonderful wife (gf) and chilling with my cat in this big world. And I really enjoy being on the server for almost half of my days sometimes because its calming to find people I can bond with. And I work a nice part time job that is basically full time but that's fine!
