I tried connecting to the server about a week or 2 ago, and I was immediately blocked/banned. I then go onto to TGP website to check the ban status and I am banned permanently by sourcesleuth for a duplicate account. I have no idea why this happened, I have no other accounts than the one I am currently using, and I do not know what what the "duplicate account" is. The last time I connected to the server before my ban was legitimately a week prior to the ban. I have put in an appeal on the ban page for TGP but I have yet to get a response, I have also contacted an admin but they weren't able to figure out why it happened or find the duplicate account.
