How long have you been trading? (Only answer if applying for Trade servers) - I have been trading for a little while i started like 2 years ago and then i have got back into it recently like 4-5 months ago.
How many hours do you have in CS:GO? - 1287.
Do you have previous moderator/admin experience? - Yea i have been staff on Gmod servers i was Staff Manager on 2 and i have been Senior management of another and in minecraft I have been Staff and higher up staff on many so i can handle a lot of people on a server at once. I was also Mod on a csgo server about 2-3 years ago.

When you are encountered with a scammer and you have to deal with a trivial ban how will you best go about dealing with this? - Scammers are a very big issue on trading servers such as TGP I have been scammed a few times when i was younger. So i would first find As much information i can from both people and i will see if the person accusing the other of scamming and see if they have any proof to start. Then i will bring the suspected scammer to a room and find out from them what went on and gather information from him. I would speak to any other Admins that are on the server at the time and see what they think about the situation so i'm not giving an unfair judgement. If no other admins are on the server i will have to evaluate over all the information that i have revived and see what person is right and take actions accordingly to the situation.
What do you think Admins/Mods can improve on in the group/servers? - On TGP I have seen over the past couple of months i have seen the lack of Admins on a times that they are needed for example sometimes there are not admins around when im on as im from the UK and people sometimes mic spam so i think that more admins from different parts of the world would be a great addition to your server. And if people are doing ads and there is no admins on then people are mic spamming its really hard to hear people who are trying to trade. But also we need to make sure that admins are being fair and friendly to the community so it makes the server a happier place.
What will you do to maintain and grow the group/servers? - I will try to be on the server all the time when im around and i will create advertisement on my profile and to my friends to join the server to trade there skins and items that they may have and to have fun and enjoy themselves. Trading is one of my favorite things to do when i have time it is fun and enjoyable to speak and to trade with the friendly and kind people of the community. I love coming on to the server and speaking to new people and just having a good time. But i will help maintain the server by keeping the server smooth and hassle free as much as i can.
What will you bring to benefit our group/servers? - I can benefit the server by being on nearly all the time and as im from the UK i can be on at time where people from the us cant be. I can also bring some of my past staffing experience to the server which i learnt how to deal with people and how to maintain a community that is positive and very chill place for people to come on and trade. I also can bring my time and dedication to helping the server out when i am needed. I also have had a lot of experience in discord so i can create discord and stuff like that so i can help with a lot more stuff than just be in game. I am always online normal until like 4am GMT so i am online for a long period of time so that people can contact me if needed.
What time are you usually on? -I am on from 9am-4pm GMT with breaks and off times but this is the time where people can contact me from. But im on the server quite a lot trading and having fun.
Give us a little information about yourself - So a little bit about me so i started playing cs about 3-4 years ago and got into trading about 2 years ago then had a break from it and came back 4-5 months ago. I am a college student i am studying to become a chef and I also like driving my car around i have a Festa ST and a mk1 escort. I work on them sometimes and i drive around in them with my girlfriend. I spend a lot of time on my pc talking to my friends and playing on TGP. I love trading and like to trade with new people so i can meet new people and meet new friends and maybe play a comp. Im 18 and im mature and love to talk to new people.
