Do you have previous moderator/admin experience? Yes - I am an Administrator on Vatican City. I applied to The Global Paradise simply because Vatican City is no longer being populated at this time. I see it as our "new home", if you will.

When you are encountered with a scammer and you don't have enough info, how will you best go about dealing with this? - Find out the best way to handle the situation from other staff members, after performing due diligence, finding something suspicious, although not yet worthy of punishment.
What do you think Admins/Mods can improve on in the group/servers? - Providing detailed information to community members about pricing specific items, investment opportunities, trading "secrets", and specific advice how they should handle their own trades.
What will you do to maintain and grow the group/servers? - Potential for growth/possible addition of team members. I know you’re likely busy, and are often limited in the availability of staff members, and so I believe poaching TF2 staff from Vatican City is a good way to help moderate and maintain the growing server; while simultaneously removing your secondary form of competition, should they make a comeback, or a new update fills all servers.
What will you bring to benefit our group/servers? - Remove, or otherwise punish troublesome individuals when they break rules, maintain the overall balance of the server in case of vitriol/emotional breakouts from regulars. Host and assist in-server events or giveaways for in-game events or special occasions. Create content for TF2 such as Trading Series, Trading Guides, Trading Tier Lists, Trading Streams and much more! Provide opinion on pricing, specific trades, and investment opportunities on server. Trade on the servers directly, buying TF2/CSGO items with real money, providing a service while negotiating and conversing with other players.
Will you be able to coordinate with TVirus and other admins to hold events on the server? - Absolutely

Sun-Fri Minimum: Every morning: 8am - 12pm CST - Every night: 8pm - 11pm CST
Saturday: All day after 4PM
Day off: All day
