I was banned after repeatedly being muted for mic spamming

I want to get into the CSGO trading scene, I have gotten older and more mature and have been banned for two years
- In what way can you prevent your previous actions (if applicable)?
I just have to not be an annoying kid, which should be pretty easy for me to do by not playing music in my mic
