How long have you been trading? (Only answer if applying for Trade servers) - I've been trading for a good 10+ years, my old account got VAC'd back in 2014 and I took a 6 year hiatus and have been back ever since.
How many hours do you have in the game(s) you're applying to (CSGO/TF2)? - 4,057 hours on this account, my VAC'd account has 2,976 hours.
Do you have previous moderator/admin experience? - I was a previous senior moderator on an old tf2 trading community called Nutz n' Ram (NnR), as well as some admin/moderator experience on a few Garry's Mod servers years ago.

When you are encountered with a scammer and you dont have enough info, how will you best go about dealing with this? - I will handle the situation accordingly by seeking for the involved victim of the scammer (assuming they already committed the scam) and ask for further details on what occured and for screenshot proof, anything that can be seen as evidence. If need be, I'll ask for a second opinion from a fellow staff member or T-Virus himself for decision, but if clear-cut evidence is shown in DMs I'll file the ban.
What do you think Admins/Mods can improve on in the group/servers? - Enforce rules of trying to speak one at a time on the mic and to not interrupt trade advertisements, I've seen this occur too many times and it sometimes seems problematic. Another is to handle obvious ill-intended individuals who break rules to the extreme (e.g. mic spam, racial slurs in chat/vc) as quickly as possible.
What will you do to maintain and grow the group/servers? - Maintain the peace and welcome newcomer traders, show positive energy and friendliness while making sure safe trades are being made, be present when someone asks for help and/or advise and bring good reputation to the server
What will you bring to benefit our group/servers? - Being active and at the ready for anybody's assistance, partake and help with event hosting and making sure to enforce rules whenever broken.
Will you be able to coordinate with TVirus and other admins to hold events on the server? - "Ready, Willing, and fully enabled!" - Dr. Isaac Kleiner, 'Half Life 2'

What time are you usually on? - Pacific Time Zone, so you'll easily find me during active hours when the server is populated.
Give us a little information about yourself (Minimal, Don't dox yourself) - I'm half Japanese, bilingual so I come with the passive perk of not needing subtitles when watching anime. I also have two cats, Benjamin (orange) and Patrick (grey/white)
