I couldn't find the ban in source bans but Tesla is right it was probably a misunderstanding, however, regardless of that this appeal doesn't show that you have changed or plan to do better. Reading this i could feel the sarcasm coming out of your words and it seems like you don't really care about this and just threw it together without thought.
