Not sure on why im banned

It says that im banned and to check the website when i try and join the server. I have no idea why or when i was banned, i used to use the as a trading server back in the day years ago and havent touched it since. i checked website and it doesnt have me in the banned players list. Not sure what i did wrong or how to gain access to the server again, please help.
