Which server(s) are you applying to? TGP Unusual Paradise TF2 Server
How many hours do you have in the game(s) you're applying to (CSGO/TF2)? - 1316 Hours (I'm a trader main, 0 skill)
Do you have previous moderator/admin experience? - No
Do you have a reputation thread? (Only answer if applying for Trade servers) - Only one instance so far. I recently sold 250+ keys to a friend for Paypal, I sent the items first.
When you are encountered with a scammer and you dont have enough info, how will you best go about dealing with this? - I will go about checking their Steam Rep and Friend's List and do some digging to see if they possess any possible alt accounts in connection to item history. Whether they are themselves on an Alt account or are suspiciously wealthy for the age of their account or TF2 playtime. I would also check item histories for both large and small items and if their backpack.tf is public I can find a compare of when it first went public and deduce any clues of items passing or being fenced overtime. The goal is to find a pattern and gather enough evidence to ban them across sites. I prefer researching by myself but I will ask for assistance if it's necessary.
What do you think Admins/Mods can improve on in the group/servers? - I think being positively engaging in the sense of portraying more than a label of being staff or above the rules of the server or common courtesy. I think appearance matters and while we are all here to share our time and effort and have a good time as well. We should take rules seriously and to punish fairly. That being said, being communicative with all server goers but presenting a friendly and fun atmosphere. All in all, try to be helpful and self reflect. I think it comes down to every individual's efforts and perspective and those should be shared amongst one another openly. Oh, and more mini games and events haha.
What will you do to maintain and grow the group/servers? - I will prioritize being active and engaging with the server in a authoritative position and assist anyone who needs me and be both aggressively and passively vigilant to address and solve issues as efficiently as possible. I will also continue being just a silly little guy as usual fr fr. I like everyone to have fun as long as it doesn't go too far lol. I can also vouch for the server and staff to anyone new or old to trading to check it out. Presenting a chill friendly scene is a must.
What will you bring to benefit our group/servers? - A hopefully fresh perspective, more than a day dream but an intention and cooperation with staff to make small steps into new ideas agreed upon by us. I like to try new things and there's no loss in trying if you end up learning.
Will you be able to coordinate with TVirus and other admins to hold events on the server? - Yes (I may not always be available due to family)
What time are you usually on? - EST Standard Time (5 PM-12 AM) This is a generalized schedule but it may change at random.
Give us a little information about yourself (Minimal, Don't dox yourself) - I don't do much at the moment but I am actively looking for a job. I like collecting things both in real life and TF2. I collect gemstones and make jewelry as a hobby. I also like to write poetry and sing karaoke (Low Bass to High Tenor) C:
