Which server(s) are you applying to? (Trade Server, Jailbreak, etc.) - TGP Trade Server
How long have you been trading? (Only answer if applying for Trade servers) - I started trading in late 2016 then went on a hiatus for a bit and got back into the game in 2018 to 2019 then took another hiatus and continued trading until late 2022 , I came back to TF2 to see how everything was going and really wanted to trade again, most games have been burning me out and TF2 seems like the game that will stick with me for a long time atm, in total I would say 5 ½ years total of trading.
How many hours do you have in the game(s) you're applying to (CSGO/TF2)? - (TF2 4,193)
Do you have previous moderator/admin experience? - I do not, but I do look forward to trying out a new admin experience in the TGP server, I feel like it would be nice to see how it goes, so far the experience I have had as just a trader on the server has been great and very welcoming, I wouldn’t mind helping with events or keeping the server clean.
Do you have a reputation thread? (Only answer if applying for Trade servers) - https://backpack.tf/trust/76561198268862482 The two top ones are from doing cash deals and the other ones are from non high stake crabs but what I can say is that I was always look for a middle ground in deals, offers, or any type of transaction so both parties are happy, I would always want the person im dealing with to feel comfortable, I learned this from a very well known trader from back in the day named “TheVirtualEconomist”.
When you are encountered with a scammer and you don't have enough info, how will you best go about dealing with this? - Well, the best way I would go to try and deal with the situation is checking reputation and how recent claims are, but not just that, I would also check if they have a private inventory, if they’re trying to impersonate or even sending shady links, and if they’re trying to convince the other party to go first on some cash deal when the supposed scammer has no clear rep to back them up.
What do you think Admins/Mods can improve on in the group/servers? - I read Taco’s application and I do agree with his statement, being more social to the community/server will give the impression that the admins care for them and that if they need any help with anything then they could go straight to them.
What will you do to maintain and grow the group/servers? - Keeping the environment clean, for example, kicking unwanted guests who mic spam, are spewing out racist nonsense, not listening to admin directions like being warned once or twice, another indicator would be to help out with any events or bringing ideas to the table for new special events.
What will you bring to benefit our group/servers? - I believe I can bring maturity when it's needed, problem solving right then and there, I am one to hear both sides when something comes up so I figure out solutions so everyone can be calm and collected, and as I mentioned above I can kick unwanted people that infest the server with negativity.
Will you be able to coordinate with TVirus and other admins to hold events on the server? - Yes, I most likely can and will do accordingly to make everything go smoothly so everyone participating can have a good time, the whole point of the event is for people to feel welcome and for them to enjoy their stay on the TGP server.
What time are you usually on? - As of now I am job searching so I will be on at multiple times, I can be on at day time or at night time when people from other places in the world are awake while other mods are asleep.
Give us a little information about yourself (Minimal, Don't dox yourself) - I really like TF2 and the idea of it, I just really wish Valve came back to put more content in their own game and to realize that TF2 is one of their best games yet, and I really enjoy music, I like the art aspect of it and the quality of it, it makes me feel at ease hearing a nice song.
Any current admins are you familiar with? - Im familiar with Taco Tamer, Pimpy, Morgan, and maybe Sarkness
